Mindy has a B.B.A. degree in Marketing from the
University of Texas at Austin.
Mindy was born and raised in Dallas, Texas.
She and Wolfgang have a fourteen year old
daughter, Katie.

McGlade ~

|
David was born
into a military family that often moved.
David
lived in Spain for many
years as a child.
He is passionate about
traveling and seeing more of the world.
David settled in Virginia Beach with his
parents.
David is a graduate of
Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte,
NC with a degree in culinary arts.
Spending 10 years honing his skills in
Charlotte, NC.
David moved to Highlands to
continue studying under the tutelage of
Chef
Wolfgang.

Leah was raised in the restaurant
business. Both of her parents are restaurateurs.
Leah has lived in numerous
states including:
California,
Nevada, Connecticut,
Arizona, Maryland,
Oregon, Florida, Georgia
and finally finding her home here in
Highlands, North Carolina.
She attended
Arizona State University
and is currently continuing
her education
with University of Phoenix.
Leah has a passion for food and wine.
It is her priority to see that every guest who dines with
us at
Wolfgang's has a wonderful experience.
